This Privacy Policy describes how Hasher ("Hasher", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or use our websites, mobile applications, and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services"), contact our customer service team, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your Personal Information. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Service.
"Cookies" are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.
"Log files" track actions occurring on the Services, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
Personal Information we collect

- Log Files: Information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit the Services. - Device Information: Includes name of the device, operating system, browser you are using, device settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information depends on the type of device used and its settings.

- Location Information: We derive a rough estimate of your location from your IP address.
- Location Information: We use pixels in our email campaigns that allow us to collect your email and IP address as well as the date and time you open an email or click on any links in the email.
Personal Information We Collect from Other Sources: We may receive Personal Information about you from other sources, including through third party services and organizations. For example, if you access our Services through a third-party application, such as a social networking site, we may collect Personal Information about you from that third-party application that you have made available via your privacy settings.

- When We Disclose Personal Information

These third parties are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
- Affiliates: We disclose Personal Information with our current and future parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other companies under common control and ownership.
- Corporate Restructuring: We disclose Personal Information as part of or in preparation for a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all of our stock and/or assets, or other corporate change.

- With Your Consent: We disclose Personal Information with your consent.
Your Choices
- Account Information: You may update your account information by logging into your account and updating your profile information.
- Emails: Emails: You can unsubscribe from commercial email communications from us by clicking on the "unsubscribe link" provided in such communications. You may not opt out of service-related communications (e.g., account verification, transactional communications, changes/updates to features of the Services, technical and security notices).
- Push Notifications: You can opt-out of receiving push notifications through your device settings. Please note that opting-out of receiving push notifications may impact your use of the Services.
- Do Not Track: Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
Third Party Websites
The Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Hasher. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third party websites or services. You are encouraged to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party website or service that you visit or use.
Security
Hasher takes reasonable measures to help protect Personal Information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Information online.
Retention
We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to establish or defend legal claims, or for fraud prevention purposes.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Children"s Privacy
The Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
International Users
Hasher is headquartered in India, and the Services are hosted in the India. If you are accessing the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information, in the United States and other countries. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. However, we take measures to ensure that any such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that your Personal Information remains protected to the standards described in this Privacy Policy.
