Force Majeure

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All sales and purchases of services are final, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted. However, if money has been charged to your account without the delivery of the services, you may inform us by sending an email to [email protected]. We will investigate the incident, and if it is confirmed that money was charged without service delivery, we will refund the amount within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your email. All refunds will be credited back to the source of payment after deducting any applicable service charges and taxes. The refund may take 3-21 days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's policy.
